Are you an adult education teacher? What has been your experience in this work? What motivates you to teach adult learners? How prepared do you feel to support adults in hybrid and online learning environments?
The Adult Literacy and Learning Impact Network (ALL IN) is conducting a national survey of adult education teachers. The goal of the study is to understand adult educator perspectives on job stability, wages, & satisfaction as well as preparedness for hybrid, flexible, and online instruction to meet our diverse learner needs. The findings will inform state leaders, adult education program directors, as well as policy influencers about how to strengthen and support the adult education teaching workforce.
If you are an adult education teacher in any context, working full-time, part-time, or in a volunteer capacity, please take 15 minutes to complete this survey…and share it with your colleague!
Your responses will be kept confidential, unless explicit permission to quote or identify is granted. The findings will be aggregated and used to inform state leaders, program directors, policymakers, and the broader adult literacy community to strengthen and support the adult education workforce.
